Build Methods

Manufactured
Assembled off-site in a controlled factory setting and installed via roll set or by crane. This method of construction is held to a federal building code and can be either a one or two box configuration.
Manufactured homes are wholly construction before being shipped to the homeowners property. These homes are installed on a permanent raised foundation similar to a stick built home and unlike mobile manufactured homes.

Modular
Similar to a Manufactured home, Modular homes are also built off-site in a factory but are held to a local building code. True to the term “modular” these homes can be arranged in a multitude of configurations with multiple boxes.
A Modular home is ideal for the client looking to build a primary home or a large ADU. Installed on a permanent foundation, these homes can be craned in or roll-set and allow for more customizations compared to the Manufactured home.

Panelized Framing Kits
Panel kits are the perfect solution for homeowners who still want the prefab technology but don’t have the access for a crane or roll-set. This method of construction can be delivered via flat-bed truck and installed within a few days.
Because there is minimal work in the factory these homes allow for the most customizations when it comes to finishes.
Why Different Methods?
Construction is not a one-size fits all. What may be the perfect solution for one client could be impossible for another. These methods are based on site access, timelines and cost and it’s our job to help you find the perfect fit.
