Yes! There are certain design limitations with factory built but our team is here to help navigate you through the project.
Yes! We charge a small fee if the client chooses to have us work on their behalf with the city. VHD does not cover permit fee’s, those are paid by the homeowner directly to the city/county.

Yes! Our team can take the project up to a desired point in construction and you can come in and finish out the ADU.
